lol You're not the only one! I was pissed because their were no instructions. I couldn't figure out where the darn batteries went. Lol

You just reduced my frustration with this swifter. The photo instructions are NOT accurate and I was ready to throw this thing against the wall lol.

Thanks so much for this video. I couldn’t get solution to spray. Watching your video I learned I had the bottle wrong. Was afraid to push it! But because of you. My swifter works. Don’t have to take it back now! 🤣

Same here! I tried to get the bottle in place and was worried I'd break the Swiffer if I forced it into place. I guess you kind of have to and make sure it clicks. Mine also came with minimal instructions - no indication that you have to hear a "click" when the bottle is put in. Just says "load bottle".

I guess it's hard to use when the batteries are put in wrong haha. Thanks!! Also if you're a swiffer fan you gotta get reusable pads!! Takes your cleaning next level and not as wasteful! Got mine on Amazon (green Turbo brand)

The directions kept saying peel off the two paper strips on the pads but clearly you're not supposed to do that. You just apply the pad and it sticks. Thank goodness I didn't rip off the strips.

Thanks a bunch. I appreciate it. And also helps not to wear outdoor shoes in the house to be honest. Imagine the gross stuff we step in all over the city then come home and walk around un our home with the shoes?? Not to mention I've seen people putting their feet up on coffee tables, sofas. Beds. I could never, yuck 😅

When mopping wood floors, use the wood kit and not the regular kit. The wood kit has different pads and sprays less liquid so you don't ruin your floors by trapping liquid. Also for wood floors never go against the grain.

How do i unassemble

The pads that came with mine look nothing like that. There's one brown strip in the middle on one side and it doesn't come off. Instructions say to place pad on the bottom sticky side up but there is literally no sticky side and nothing to peel off. I'm incredibly frustrated here.

The new ones are so much quieter

What is the problem if the cleaning solution bottle will not snap into place?

Cant get either of our two Swiffer wet jets to work. the old one always did but stopped..we bought a new one...shagged around ..nothing happened. wonder if batteries are in properly, checked and seemed they were. tried new batteries in both jets, nothing? what could be wrong??

Same thing happened to me, I bought one wood wetjet and it did not work, I got some of our new batteries and nothing happen again, so I returned it and exchanged it for a new one...low and behold the same thing it is not working no matter what we do....must be a problem with the entire shipment.

You all know there are things that are exactly like swiffer the diffrence is they come with two mop pads and one microfiber broom head and the pads are fabric pads that you can use over and over and once you use them you put them in the wash these things cost only 19.99 is how much I spent

My mice went for only came with two batteries. It only came with it compartment for two batteries

Have you ever clicked a video and just thought "Why did I click this?"

I can't get the bottle to stay where it's suppposed to be. When I push down on it, it never clicks in, so - I guess it's broken?

Make sure the bottle is aligned right. If it won't click in and lock there is something wrong with the Swiffer.

Where can I buy more detergent when it's empty???

I am trying to figure that out too The Wood pads I bought had no adhesive and I had to use a piece of duct tape. This product is junk.

mine only had the spanish manual with no images... lol. thanks for this vid

So in other words, this "wet mop" is _not_ the tool to clean up after an aged dog with a urinary tract infection when she takes a Number One on the hardwood floor.

All Swiffer is not the same for replacing batteries

We've been buying Home Sense mopping pad refills at the grocery store, they are cheaper than the Swiffer brand. You should try them.

The instructions are very poor. If I new how poor I would not have bought it!!!
