Just to add some clarifications, there IS a difference between a A320M-HDV and a A320-HDV Rev 4, bios's will not work on the other so its imperative you get the correct BIOS as Asrock don't offer much help in differentiating on this. Also, if it seems after a flash your computer won't boot, clear the CMOS then go into UEFI BIOS and reset all the settings correctly, I went from 3.70 to 8.01 and on the last one it seemed to brick, so cleared CMOS, pulling the 2032 battery out, hitting the power on button with it not plugged in then put it all back together and started brilliantly. My Win11 startup times are about 10-12 secs from button to desktop thanks to a very fast M.2 SSD boot drive, only a humble Ryzen 5 in there and 32gb o' ram, also since upgrading to 8xx BIOS I am now getting full x16 PCIex on my RX570 when under graphical load, on the 3.70 BIOS it stuck in x8.

Если у вас есть физическая(дискретная)видеокарта то не включайте Primary Video Adaptor а то пропадёт картинка на основной и запустится встроенная видеокарта. If you have a physical (discrete) video card, do not turn on the Primary Video Adapter, otherwise the picture on the primary one will disappear and the built-in video card will start. And if you turned it on, go down in the comments under my post

Если вы уже включили и у вас пропала картинка то в таком случае переставляйте HDMI или Displayport или VGA или DVI порт из дискретной видеокарты в встроенную и заходите снова в биос и поставьте это параметр на Ext graphics (EGD). If you have already turned it on and the picture has disappeared, then in this case, rearrange the HDMI or Displayport or VGA or DVI port from the discrete video card to the built-in one and go back into the BIOS and set this parameter to Ext graphics (EGD).

no becuase it will run at 100% it will be anoying and it reduces the life of fan

Some a320 motherboards support overclocking. But this specific model, has no support.

i can't even open Asrock bois at all select windows to install from, keys don't seem to work for it F2 or delete at all. have USB drive 32Gb inserted in usb (done that before) with windows 10 and windows 11 all set, but seem it total blank no bios at all to use? i have the disc for the mother broad just don't know how to get to use it

Kinda new to overclock. So i have this mb and r3 3200, i heard that you can oc r3 up to 4.0 ghz while the default one is 3.6 ghz (?). No, a Motherboard doesn't have any intefrated graphics; CPU's like Ryzen 5 3400G or Athlon 3000G (For example) are the ones that have integrated graphics to use your PC without needing a GPU or graphics card

OC Tweaker and use manual and there is Voltages Options and u just lower them or just leave manual and let it decide which voltages are better given the load on the various Components like RAM and CPU for example

Is this r4.0 come with p3.70 bios version out of the box?

How did you set an ahci drive as boot? Mine won't show and I can't find Legacy or CSM options anywhere on this motherboard.
