This was so good & easy to follow. Thank you Mark! I’ve been going through a transition the last year from overdoing & burning out on people pleasing to now starting at ground zero with relationships. This makes me feel better about narrowing my focus & going from there instead of stressing about what I don’t have anymore but that was built on false pretenses anyway.

Wow Mark 🎉, this one just hit home. I struggle with the feeling of never doing enough and wasting my time, I just felt my whole being calm down 🙌🏽 ..... aim for the quite life. It seems so obvious now.

I love how you're teaching on the verse that mentions living the quiet life. That one stood out to me awhile ago and it has helped settle my heart.

Wow! Thank you for shedding light on something I didn't realize I was doing. I was trying to have a presence, thinking I needed to be known. But I don't; at least not by anyone other than my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Takes me back to the song that was released some years ago that said "I don't need my name in lights, I'm famous in my Father's eyes..."!

My main goal in life has always been finding a wife to share it with and having a family. Having a cozy home and a job that satisfies. I've got enough drama in my past...

Wow! Some of the best teaching on the internet. I listened yesterday, and today I tried at different times to remember the verse, it meant so much to me. Wisdom from on high, for sure. Thank you.

God just confirmed what I've been learning to focus on and do, literally everything you mentioned. Praise the Lord. I needed that because I wasn't sure if I was doing out of a legalistic motive or if I really was coming out of the compulsion and stepping into what He's calling me to. Thank you so much, much rhema!!!

Pastor Mark, I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with the fam bam. Thessalonians chapter 1 verse 4. Before coming to your channel. I actually didn't think of using God's Word for mental health. Just these two years. I really need to be careful on how I interpret Scripture. 😮

Thank you. I love Thesselonians too. Speaking for myself and others I am close to- I think we shall spend our lives figuring out ourselves and how to rightly relate to God Almighty's Love for us.

This is great information and very much needed. I do have one question regarding minding your business. I get it and it is wise but i wonder how you apply this a Christian called to "bear one another's burdens?" How do you help others when you decide to mind your own business?

Hey Mark! First of all thank you, you've been a blessing sent from God. Now my question is, do you think someone that has ocd can also be under spiritual attack? I'm feeling I have both but i'm not sure if that's even possible or maybe i'm just justifying myself? Thank you so much.
