I don't think this translation is bad, actually. There are a few things I would change--I noticed an error or two--but on mostly it's really just my preference. For example, at 1:02 I'd have translated it as: "We are something that gathers together." At 1:05 there is an actual error and should read: "We feel good in each others' skin." At 1:18 while it's not incorrect, it could be better. "I was alone, so empty and LACKING..." At 1:32 another error: "I want to give myself away."

Its a very good translation what you did in my opinion. More so if German is not your native language. "mich hingeben" well its not just having sex.. its more "let someone have sex with you" if that makes sense. But "give myself to you" is also ok.
