ASMR Sleep Hypnosis: Lucid Dreaming | Scientifically Proven OBE Induction (Soft Spoken)
This soft spoken ASMR Sleep Hypnosis will help you to experience a lucid dream using an out of body experience hypnosis, a scientifically proven technique (see reference below). I am a doctor of clinical psychology and a trained hypnotherapist so this lucid dreaming hypnosis represents a real therapy experience. Lucid dreaming has many benefits for our psychological health but for most people is a skill that needs to be practiced in order to experience the benefits.
This is an ASMR sleep hypnosis so includes multiple triggers for relaxation and sleep. It concludes with deep sleep induction and an extended gentle mountain wind soundscape to aid relaxation and to stabilise sleep. This is a soft spoken ASMR hypnosis, a whispered version will be available soon.

I don't just lucid dream, or have very vivid dreams. I have a tendency to get lost in a daydream and realize I had been sitting in place, or laying for a long while just imagining a whole story. Some of the time I don't realize myself zoning out, I don't even mean too. And when I close my eyes I tend to daydream for awhile longer than I do with my eyes open.

Reality checks really worked for me! I did the thing where you look at your hand, count your fingers and close your eyes. Now imagine you‘ve got seven fingers on your hand. Open your eyes and count them again. Do this often (like 30 times) along the day. This actually worked for me to have a lucid dream in only one day. In my dream, I started counting my fingers again. And guess what!... I had like ten fingers on one hand!😆 That looked crazy! That was when I noticed I was dreaming.;)

I have lucid dreams almost every single night, and they’re all so insanely vivid I struggle with daily life because my dreams are so much more real. My wildest one to date was the shortest one and also is burned into my mind. Had finally fallen into a deep sleep and “woke up” in my dream. I was suddenly sitting at a very fancy restaurant setting, all the tables and chairs, but no food or candles or plates. Then I was reading, and not in my body but in it at the same time. But also looking AT myself THROUGH my real eyes but backwards, like into my brain. As if I rolled my eyes back in my sleep and was watching a movie. Then I started hearing this crazy loud crunching hard papery sound. Like snow being crunched but dry, or soft material being ripped up. I looked right at the me who was sitting down reading, and then she looked up and slowly turned her head and gaze to me, we locked eyes. All she (me) said was, “That isn’t in your dream. You need to wake up.” And with a sickening jolt, it certainly felt like I was being pulled upright and like my eye were thrust forward again and I could see. After sitting up and grabbing my phone, I shined the flashlight to the middle of the room. Sure enough, where the sound was coming from wasn’t in my dream. It was my cat who pulled a roll of toilet paper out and started tearing it to pieces. Still a bit freaked out, not gonna lie.

My go to video when in need of a solid restful sleep. Thank you.
As a heavy lucid dreamer I guess I’m a genius. This is new. But anyways I love lucid dreaming, otherwise I get nightmares every night and or night terrors. My secret to lucid dreaming is being able to recognize that you are asleep and having control staying asleep. The way I control my dreams is through thought/voice command. I will think of what I want in the dream or say it and it will happen. Although I’ll admit I’ll lose control and will have nightmares/terrors anyhow, but it’s low key even worse because I get the anxiety of losing control and then I’m stuck in a bad dream I know I’m in, rather already being in it not knowing I’m dreaming

I completely understand. The worse is TRYING to not let it turn into a nightmare and getting stuck in it. I know this sounds sick but when I can't snap myself out of it, I try to kill myself because it's the only way I can make myself Wake my body up (I do not recommend this to anybody) I will dream up a cliff or tall building and jump or I will ask somebody to kill me because I do snap out of it then. Man, that sounds so bad.
Had the coolest out of body experience with this video this morning
I get stuck inside my dreams like a loop when I know I’m dreaming and when I don’t I’m having night terrors so vivid that I can’t tell what’s real or if I’m awake.

Currently trying this and the CINNS method, almost like an interview based shifting state. (I could provide a link to guided medication for it! :]) Here is progress. Day 1: (About 2 weeks ago.) My first time with this so its not necessarily effected me. Day 2: Similarly, no effect :[ Day 3: I felt a bit different, and more relaxed but unfortunately fell asleep. Day 4: (A week ago.) Not much effect, but I do feel calm, and was able to make it to the calm sounds before I rested. Day 5: (A few days ago) Between this and the CINNS method I chose this and documented a strong effect on my rest, multiple dreams. Day 6: (Thurs) The more I look at the word day it looks weird. But, I tried the cinns method and felt twitching. I believe thats a sign of shifing. Day 7-9 (Fri-Sun) School got on my nerve Friday. I ended up using both the cinns method and this on Friday with no effect. I used it on saturday and I believe I was closest to shifting, with tingles and twitching. My body was nearly lifted. I believed I had fallen asleep. No effect Sunday. Day 10 (To be documented!)

when I was little whenever I was bored of a dream or I didn't like it I would just exit out and picture one of those old, small TV's and basically change channels. I'd go through them and see little clips of what the dream would be like and if I was interested then I'd just go into that dream. I wish I could still do it, the most I do now is I have a dream but then something doesn't go the way I want so I'll redo it and make it better

That’s when I need to wake up 😩😩
I just learned that my lucid dreaming is only triggered when i am mad in a dream or gets very scared for myself and or others but don't get lucid even if i become extremely sad in a dream, i dont know why but i only lucid often when i get triggered or from nightmares then i will shift that horrible dream into something funny or something.
It’s so weird bc this actually works I started to feel like I was dropping when I was in the lift but then my mind just only goes to scary things and I couldn’t do it and I couldn’t breathe properly
last night I watched this, I didn’t have a lucid dream at all but I had a very weird dream.
I was watching this and at the part where she said to leave my body I got so nervous because I could feel myself floating up so I got rlly scared and then it felt like I was pulled back into my body or something lmao
