ASMR Sleep Hypnosis: Lucid Dream *Scientifically Proven Method* Soft Spoken

This soft spoken ASMR sleep hypnosis will help you lucid dreaming using a two-step induction technique. I am a trained hypnotherapist and doctor of clinical psychology so this sleep hypnosis offers a real experience of hypnosis. The hypnosis uses a scientifically proven method to help you to experience a lucid dream. Research suggests (see below) that the ease with which someone can lucid dream may be determined by the connectivity of various parts of the brain, so if you are not successful tonight, don't give up, the structure of your brain may just require you to practice lucid dreaming for a little longer in order to experience it. Lucid dreaming has many benefits for waking life, so it is a skills that is worth acquiring.

    @@milkyway5481 basically you try to lucid dream and if you do, because you control the lucid dream you can make a portal and then go to your dr, for example you could make a door to your dr. I may not be perfectly right but thats what im trying so maybe it'll help

    I watched these videos for about 2 weeks straight to fall asleep and dreamt every night, I skipped a few nights and haven't dreamt since. I guess I'm back. This is the closest I've been to lucid dreaming, so I guess I'm gonna be here ever night now

    Main thing yo do for that is regular reality checks. (If you do things in daily life they will manifest in dreams too) so all you gotta do is a reality check where "if I am dreaming, I'm going to push my index finger through the palm of my other hand" and obviously if you're not dreaming that won't happen but if you are dreaming, you'll know!! Another good telling sign is the time. In dreams, the numbers/time shown on the clocks always change dramatically each time you look at them. It could show 9.36 when you look one second then you could turn away and look back and it'd say 6.39 hahaha so yeah reality checks and time checks!

    @@andTutin there have been countless studies done to show that Lucid Dreaming is a legit thing. Reality Shifting is a whole other kettle if fish, but Lucid Dreaming is a different and separate thing. Either way, these videos are indisputably relaxing and help people sleep whether lucidly or not.
