This was wonderfully relaxing Michaela, nice that the video was longer than usual too, a few extra minutes makes all the difference. Really loved the blanket massage and all the calming sounds and movements during this session. I'm definitely going to have to get some lemon grass oil to try out that combination now.

LOVE the color the of the blanket and the smell of lemongrass. The infrared sauna spa I used to go to had cold towels scented in lemongrass. The fabric brushing (reiki massage) in this video is wonderful and is my absolute favorite ASMR sound. Felt like I was in heaven. Thank you for making this beautiful and energetic video.
