In my opinion I think that ASMR just hits way different during a nap rather than actually going to bed at night. Anyone else?

Chances are if you need to take a nap, you're likely much more tired than you'd be at bed time, because your body is actually so fatigued that you're sleeping when you wouldn't normally. Also, if you've napped during the day, you'll have a harder time sleeping at night, as you'll throw your body clock off.

I personally don't understand the aggressive ASMR, particularly because they tend to be shorter, which puts me on edge because I feel as if I'm racing against the video clock to fall asleep before the video ends

@songfornovember8343 it went really well thanks! Ended on a cliffhanger and one player was so eager they suggested a 2 day back to back session hangout. Felt very flattering! I understand what you feel. we play in person every other week. Kept it kinda consistent for 7 months so far but its very tough to find players with enough commitment and enough time. I recognise I'm very lucky.

While i love asmr when i sleep, it also helps me focus when i work or clean. I can drink my coffee and hum through paperwork/computer work or cleaning for HOURS with asmr in background
