Might be related to kundalini, a natural process. you may not be in total awareness of the process but you are essentially meditating. If it’s bothering you I suggest chakra alignment, breathing techniques, look into acupuncture if it’s causing discomfort. By that I mean speak to a specialist about what you’re experiencing and the sensation so they may better guide you. Just sounded familiar to me. Look into kundalini to better understand the natural process the body has for meditation. Good luck.
