Your video was recommended and I really felt heavy all day today. I already meditated, slept a little to just surrender to it and tried to journal, but somehow I felt super exhausted and weighted down that I couldn’t even write anymore. So I sat down to watch this when it was recommended and I could feel this super intense energy through your movements. This isn’t my first Reiki ASMR video so I was surprised how strong it was. Fasting 36h today for mental elertness & autophagy (cleaning of internal cells). Amazing... I like the background music, but also try the ASMR version where we can hear the subtle energy from your expressions and voice that is very calming. Thank you lightseeker, farseer & the ancient one. @piper6878 Personally I believe talking during sessions takes away from being able to be as clear of a channel as possible for energy. So If I do add my voice during any videos it’s typically in the form of a voice over. But thank you for the suggestions 😊

Absolutely loved this! My only request- is there any chance you could keep the volume of the rain fairly constant (fairly bc rain itself naturally fluctuates), rather than decreasing it whenever the music is more prominent? Unfortunately I could let myself fully relax because my brain was very focused on the rain continually fading out :(( but great otherwise!! Thank you ❤️

So reiki or (energy healing) is the channeling of source energy to whoever needs it. Typically during these sessions, pressure, tingling and warming are sensations you can experience when receiving the flow of energy. It can also help to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth during a session.
