The portion where you used the crystals/stones as a focus was very relaxing. I'd appreciate more of them :)

Any suggestions for what to do when you get the wiggles and can’t sleep or sit still? It’s like a free floating anxiety that doesn’t get better with physical exertion

The first thing that came to mind was yoga but then I tuned into what I do for myself. Every night before sleep, I rub my own feet and ankles using lotion and essential oils. If my legs are still feeling restless, I do "legs up the wall" but just in my bed - I don't bother to get next to a wall. Deep breathing with one hand on heart and one hand on belly is good as well as prayer and meditation. Let me know what you think and if any of that helps 🙌

I re-sent it. In the meantime, it occurred to me that I could send it from my gmail so I might try that. Also, I found a friend's cat - he wouldn't sit on my lap for long but he did let me pet him for quite a bit so we will see what I can do in the editing process. It will be creative for sure!
