I'm having a really bad night with a lot of anxiety. I've been having anxiety attacks off and on for a couple hours. Super overwhelmed. But I finally managed to get in bed, still crying and heart racing and I clicked on this. It took 9 minutes and 23 seconds to calm down after I started playing the video. I was trying my best to be present and it worked. Thank you. I really needed that. It's crazy how the things you were saying were timed perfectly to what I needed to hear. Again, big thank you
