As an Italian I'm enchanted by this guy. He prepared such an excellent lasagna, in one of their classic version. The care Zach Choi puts into the videos (at all levels, audio, music, images, highly serious kitchen utensils...) is impressive and transforms cooking into an art work. I don't know if he deserves 27 million subscribers but damn, he's good at what he does. 😯😀

Its great how you take pride in making the food! They look really delicious!!!

Thats not how it works. if you starve urself, ur stomach shrinks. so actually what he does is drink a lot of water before his videos so his stomach stretched for room for all the food. i know this because i have eating problems and the longer u starve urself, the less u eat since ur stomach gets smaller and u feel full quicker

@@emily.g.929 your stomach isn’t as able to expand when you haven’t eaten in a long time. like with obese people for example they can eat a fuck ton cause their stomachs are used to it. if you give those portions to someone who eats normal then they couldn’t stomach it at all. so maybe your stomach doesn’t “shrink” but it becomes not as expandable when. you’re starving
