In Zach's videos it's always either "I love how he finishes his food!" or "I love how he stops eating when he knows and he's full."
the way he records makes the camera stay focused is impressive every day but evolving I always enjoyed watching him I don't even miss a video of him but i still have a curiosity about the voice he never spoke in all this time

Maybe he does exercise, maybe he's just got a good metabolism, maybe he is starving himself on other days, maybe he's a bulimic (which is supposed to be quite common among mukbang'ers), his bloodworks could be terrible....
