And then you fall asleep watching it? Because that's what I do. Once the tingles hit the back of my neck I know I'm done and will be taking a nap.

No sleep for me in the next few hours but I need some relaxation and this is just perfect!

Wanted to mention this should it matter. I really enjoy the music at the beginning of the video. For me, it provides my brain a nice way to start powering down so that when the actual ASMR starts, I am ready for all the tingles and can relax with the video.

Nice to meet you, a subscriber from Italy. I think scalp massages are the best for relieving stress. I tend to get mild headaches often and these scalp massages work best for them. I hope you find some good rest too. If you don't have time, it would be good to take care of your scalp yourself using light tools.🙏😉

I really appreciate you sharing your experience. We can't avoid watching KZread constantly, but I think we need to make sure that we can relax our body and mind at least before going to sleep. I have been making my videos consistently for that purpose and I know that many subscribers would find my videos helpful. I will continue to implement this in the future. Thank you very much.🥰

스트레스가 너무 심하거나 긴장이 너무 심할 때 이런 곳에 한번 찾아가 보시는 것도 도움이 된다고 생각해요. 저도 무척 안 좋았을 때 계속 참고 지내다가 큰 우울증으로 병이 터져서 오랫동안 매우 힘들었어요 문제가 터지기 전에 스스로 조금씩 관리해 주는 것이 정말 필요하다고 생각합니다🙏

I really like your videos, they are super calm because the sound is very good and I really like that you include all the shots from both sides, you know, almost all of them include only one side because the other side is like a mirror, but I like to see everything haha, the only thing I don't love is when you comment or explain even the smallest thing because I get distracted when I try to sleep hahaha, apart from that I love your videos.

It really helps me to tell you your story. You are right. I often think that my subtitles can interfere with my ability to relax. In that case, make sure to turn off the subtitles and watch. Then, you will be able to immerse yourself more in the sound and video, which will help you rest more comfortably. But other subscribers like my subtitles, so I keep making them. But you can turn off my subtitles at any time and I don't mind that at all The most important thing to me is your complete rest Your rest brings me happiness.🙏❤️🙏🥰

확실히 두피와 승모근을 같이 풀어 주면 효과가 더 배가 되는 거 같아요 같이 연결되어 있는 근육이다 보니 어느 한쪽만 풀어 준 거보다 같이 해 주면 시너지 효과가 생기는 거 같아요🥰

To be fair, washing your hair every day is actually bad for it!! Unless you have excessively oily hair or work in an industry where you get a ton of gunk in it, you can was 1-2 times a week and be perfectly fine!!! Even with a problematic scalp (dandruff and the like), you can do it 2 times a week and just make sure to use the proper hair and scalp care for the condition!!
