Today I brought you a video of massage and Chinese bamboo cupping treatment for stiff legs. :)
The weather has gotten better these days and my legs and feet were sore because I went hiking the day before I received the treatment, but the cool massage and hot bamboo cupping completely eliminated my fatigue and helped me get a deep sleep and rest.
I can't even remember how many times I've been to this place (lol), but it's a regular place.
It was another day where I was surprised because the therapist's skills seemed to have improved.
In particular, it was my first time experiencing bamboo cupping, so it was a day of both novelty and comfort.

You are not thick Este, you have a perfectly normal and healthy body type (as a French girl I think you are in a good and balanced shape). Don't listen to people who are mean and maybe just jealous. You don't need to be a model, just be healthy as you are, we love you just like that. ❤

Perhaps my self-image remains negative. I also agree that it is not healthy. Recently, I have been consistently dieting and exercising. So, I am becoming more and more healthy both physically and mentally. Until just two years ago, I was a person who suffered from severe depression and insomnia. I get a lot of encouragement from your comments. thank you.🥰🙏
I didn't even notice the sound of the chair moving. I don't know if other viewers feel the same, but I find the sounds of the chairs or table creaking during a massage just part of the experience. It makes it more real. And now my legs are jealous.

Thank you so much for sharing your honest opinion. After I edited it, the sound editor once again reduced the chair sound further. If you listen to the original recorded chair sound, it will probably sound similar to a tank. I always want to help my friends relax with better sound and images.😉🙏❤️❤️❤️

I'm Korean myself and it makes me want to cry that the standards are this insane, making people with legs like YOURS feel insecure.... Thank you for sharing your honest opinion. A distinctive Korean culture is that we pay too much attention to what other people think. I know that part too. Nevertheless, because I live in Korean culture, I think I am also influenced by such social characteristics. As you know, we are brainwashed about ideal body image through countless movies, dramas, and advertisements. I think that's reflected on me. Now that I am aware of it, I think it will get better. 정말 좋은 발 마사지 받으면 끝나고 나서 몸 전체가 가벼워집니다. 이렇게 뭉친 부분을 눌러 주면 엄청난 고통이 오지요. 평소에 풀어 주던 근육이 아니니까요 하지만 뭉친 근육이 풀리고나면 세상 편한 곳에 내가 있는 것 같아요. 정말 피곤한날 시원한 발마사지 받으시고 맛있는 음식으로 나 자신을 응원해주셔요. 분명 도움이 될것 같아요😉👍👍

Este sei q os padrões de beleza de um lugar não é do outro, porém se isso for te confortar um pouco, aqui no Brasil todas mulheres e até homens amam, acham bonito e querem ter as coxas grossas, é sinal de beleza e uma vida melhor, as minhas mesmo são mais grossas que as suas e são por que meu corpo também é assim, com elas mais grossas também, então suas coxas são bonitas por aqui, não se preocupe demais com a opinião dos outros não, o que realmente importa é como você se sente com você mesma ❤ E você é magra sim, independente do que digam e como voce se sente, muitas mães e mulheres gostariam de ter um corpo magro e bonito como o seu

Thank you for this video Este-nim - the sounds were heavenly! I have thick thighs too and it's annoying but they've always been like that. I currently weigh 57kg and I know I'd probably be considered fat in S.Korea, but even when I was a very unhealthy 38kg they were big. I think it's just the way I'm built and that's fine, I guess.

That's a perfectly healthy body type. Being underweight is associated with a higher risk for illness. I know how Korean and Japanese society idolize that fragile porcelain doll look for women (height in cm minus 20%, am I right?), but that's just a recipe for health and mental issues. Where does that ideal come from? Whom does it benefit if a woman is skinny? Health and strength to live your life are more important than some nonsensical beauty standard.
