Cats spawn based on the number of claimed beds in a village I think but I've seen them in abandoned villages as well. I haven't seen an ocelot in the jungle anymore.
Finally on the wall, I’m so happy!!🎉
You can also try to find an ocelot in the jungle and tame it into a cat but theyre pretty rare
