Just stupid stress at the workplace brings me here. Shouldn’t even be stress, but it’s in my nature to make it stressful. Get too caught up in the little crap I shouldn’t worry about. Those are my trials I need to conquer. We’re all a work in progress! Always need to hear those wise words from time to time.

You’ll be at a point eventually where your brain won’t only not entertain these thoughts, it’ll probably find them humorous by the time you’re back on your two feet. We’re humans, we can be UP or way down, if we didn’t have that, where would our strive and ambition to BE and DO go? Responsibility = key to meaning😊

@@mikey_clarkI hear you loud and clear! A lot has happened in the last 7 months. I recently became a home owner, and now I officially don’t care what anyone thinks of me at my job. I took a higher position at my job, but I’m handling the stupidity of it all fairly well. However I’m losing work life balance, so I’m making a change quickly. Thanks again for the words of encouragement. Best part of time and aging is you slowly stop caring about stuff like this lol.

Then go to Jesus my friend. I met him on 09/16/22 and he changed everything. I struggled with panic attacks, anxiety, fear, and many other emotions. Those still persist but they don’t control me anymore. If I could have you do a single thing: Open a Bible, preferably physical but a phone works, and read the Gospel of John. That’s it. If you truly seek the Lord you will find him, I know this because I was searching and I did find him. The shift in mentality is drastic, and it’s nothing I could even attempt to fake. The warmth of the Holy Spirit is real :D

I’m deleting twitter and Instagram accounts for what ever reason just because I am filled with unnecessary hate towards some things. My mom always sends me inspirational videos on Instagram everyday, which is the only good part about the app so far. It’s just that the things on those accounts are some people I’ve met in the past. I will keep KZread so I can listen to you. School is difficult, i now have trust issues. Everything I do on this rock sphere, nobody will know my name in future generations. When I’m dead and forgotten, what will be the point of it all? Will getting good grades so I can get a good job, only for money which helps my future family satisfy me? I go to a Catholic School. I just, am lost. It’s late I need sleep. That’s why I’m here thank you Ephemeral Rift.

I don't know if you are looking for advice or want any. But I will say you have to find your own meaning in life. Who cares if anyone remembers you? If that is what you want you can always strive for fame. But all that really matters is what YOU want from this life you are given. Look for things, explore things, venture into the deepest parts of the internet finding that which you care about and grasp onto it and enjoy it! Life does suck. But it seems like fewer people acknowledge that life is actually really fun too! I relate to you a lot from what you said. And I feel you. And I also know that it's okay to be lost. I hope you find something that reignites that spark in your soul to find your own meaning in life. There is so much out there in the world.

is being remembered really that important? Just live in a way you can be proud of. How do you do that? Work hard. It doesn't matter what it is that you work hard at, (although something like training your mind/body would be the most beneficial) because in the end you'll be proud of yourself . Why? because that's how humans work. Also, whats the point of worrying about your future family when your kids will be doing just as much worrying as you, hah. Hope you had an incredible sleep, one month ago. Also, if you go to a catholic school, and you're a believer, wouldn't living for God be enough?

@@_BlackYoshi yeah I wrote when I was stressed, that’s all. I believe God is good, I was just being weird. Being remembered isn’t important when there is a higher power that cares about me, and when I realized that, I became happy. Funny how that works.

I deal with cripplingly bad anxiety and had used your previous anxiety centered video as a way to deal with it, and the same had been true for this video. I’m Grateful for the fact you have given me the opportunity to use this video as a median for my coping and recovery from anxiety in my life, so thank you.

Hello Ephemeral Rift, I've been seing you on and off for more than 6 years now and I realized that I've never left any message here, I just wanted to say thank you for this, yesterday was a miserable day having my anxiety levels over the roof for most of it, and listening to this as I got home helped so much I cannot thank you enough. It has been a rough time at work and the ASMR content you do is really priceless even if sometimes a bit weird, but nonetheless, thank you so very much again.

I haven’t been a subscriber for a huge amount of time but I think I found your videos probably two years ago (my mind is a bit fuzzy when it comes to remembering things) however I just wanted to say that this video has become one of my absolute favorites in the past few months. I constantly fret and worry over the tiniest things and I tend to let them consume me, whether I mean to or not. Life has also had its fair share of issues lately and it doesn’t help to have such bad anxiety and fear, dread that makes my chest too tight. This last spell of anxiety had been coming and going for about an hour or so, to a point that I didn’t even want to leave my room today. I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to make a video like this, your words are so reassuring and encouraging. I don’t have many people in my life who manage to make me feel so at ease, even if it’s just a voice on the screen, pre recorded.. I didn’t mean to ramble and I’m not even sure if you’ll take the time to read this silly comment, but thank you. ❤
