wow i was literally just thinking about this. im finding the importance of this lately. it is extremely true and im reaping the benefits of allowing myself to truly feel. feeling our pain is truly our teacher and guidance back to love. no matter how heavy it can get. you always find your way back. healing and love feels more natural. i love it so much. im so happy. ❤
