Reiki ASMR: Resolving Karmic Debt
In this video, I channel the unconditional love of Reiki with powerful Reiki symbols to help us resolve karmic debt, overcome past and present life patterns, and heal past and present life trauma.
Karmic debt is a term used to describe the negative energy that we carry with us from past lives. It can manifest as physical, emotional, mental, or even financial problems. It can manifest as addiction or cycles of abuse. Reiki is a powerful energy healing modality that can help to release karmic debt and promote healing on all levels.
What is karmic debt?
Karmic debt is the result of negative actions that we have taken in past lives. These actions can include harming others, breaking promises, or not living up to our potential. Karmic debt can also be created by our thoughts and words. When we think or say negative things, we create negative energy that can attach to us and follow us into future lives.
How can karmic debt manifest?
Karmic debt can manifest in a variety of ways. Some common manifestations include:
Physical problems: Karmic debt can manifest as physical problems such as chronic pain, illness, or addiction.
Emotional problems: Karmic debt can manifest as emotional problems such as anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem.
Mental problems: Karmic debt can manifest as mental problems such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder.
Relationship problems: Karmic debt can manifest in relationship problems such as codependency, addiction, or abuse.
Financial problems: Karmic debt can manifest in financial problems such as debt, poverty, or lack of abundance.
How can we release karmic debt?
There are a number of ways to release karmic debt. Some common methods include:
Forgiveness: Forgiveness is one of the most powerful ways to release karmic debt. When we forgive someone who has harmed us, we release the negative energy that we are holding onto.
Gratitude: Gratitude is another powerful way to release karmic debt. When we focus on the good things in our lives, we create positive energy that can help to offset the negative energy of karmic debt.
Service: Service to others is a great way to release karmic debt. When we help others, we not only make a positive difference in their lives, but we also create positive karma for ourselves.
Meditation: Meditation is a powerful way to connect with our inner wisdom and guidance. Through meditation, we can learn to forgive, let go, and release karmic debt.
Reiki: Reiki is a powerful energy healing modality that can help to release karmic debt. Reiki can help to clear negative energy, promote forgiveness, and create a more positive outlook on life.
