ASMR Reiki - Cleansing Your Energy & Raising Your Vibration (with healing frequencies)
Join me for a deeply healing and transformative experience as I channel the Divine Love of Reiki and use crystals and frequencies to completely cleanse your energy and raise your vibration!
We will begin with a sacred smoke cleanse using Holy Cedar Wood, to clear away any stagnant energies in our space, purifying our area for the healing work. I will then use Selenite and Reiki to sweep your aura of negative and stagnant energy, moving on to black tourmaline to soak up some of the more stubborn energetic residue. As we continue, I will use ASMR plucking to pull out some of the deeper stagnant or stuck energy. Continue to focus on your breathing and allow emotions and thoughts to flow as they come up.
We will then use the Solfeggio frequencies of 396hz, 417hz, and 741hz, all deeply cleansing and harmonizing frequencies that go deep within you to break up and release stuck energy, flushing negativity and toxins from the body. I will close the session by sending you some pure love through my Rose Quartz, then seal the healing in with my little rain stick. As this healing works within you, I strongly encourage you to keep a journal and record your thoughts and emotions as they come up, as this practice will be extremely helpful to continue releasing what no longer serves you. Also, practice gratitude as much as you can, as this will naturally raise your vibration even higher over time. I love you very much, and thanks for watching!
