Oh, luv 🥺 not sure if you’re already taking methylated B9 and methylated B12… ever since I started taking them (Jarrow) two chewables in the morning after eating breakfast 🍳🥓🥚… in just 4 days all of that burnout, sorted itself out. Like a miracle 🥹 They’re my happy vits… and I pair them with watching Brie, she’s my “relaxing vit” 🥹🙌🏻✨ sending love and light

oh my god thank you bre 🥹🥲 my sleep disorder has flared for the first time in ages and i’ve been up until/past dawn at least 5 days this week after over a year of a solidly routine nighttime sleep schedule 😭😭😭 its affecting my ability to eat and stay hydrated and take my meds regularly because i am so exhausted i just don’t have the sensory capacity for any of those things; tldr i do not feel good!!! so gosh i hope this helps, tysm for all you do for us 💕💕💕
