What is ASMR? According to Wikipedia:
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.
ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.

dude, these optical trigger videos are the best. after a lifetime of asmr those vids are the best thing since the OG Bob ross. I've watched the "30 optical triggers" video probably 60 times in a row to fall asleep. this is coming from a combat veteran who hasn't slept well since 2009 before afghanistan. the main thing is the length of the video. 30 minutes is minimum to shut my mind off and start to fade. you are literally all i watch since i found you. just need you to get me across that goal line.

The peak flow meter reminds me of a play dough pattern syringe I used to have as a kid…would be nice to see a video with that farnsworth d-15 test explaining and demonstrating the different arrangements one would expect from the various colour deficiencies, perhaps with a filter showing how it would look like before switching to normal colour for comparison. GREAT video btw Im going straight back to sleep!🚂.

The rubber gloves give a nice squeaky sound that goes well with some of this video, for a few things tho I found it to distract from other sounds. In another video maybe thin fabric/leather gloves for a different kind of sound when handling equipment?
