rent prices in sydney is ok, but buying a house. NO. i live a very new town, still demolishing its old houses. i live in a fairly new house (made in 2020) and its 2 storey, so the land doesnt need to be big. anyway ONLY the LAND for my house cost 1 million AUD. and i payed 600k for the house. since prices are going high and theres gonna be an airport near me, it might go up in price. its literally 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms 😭

Instead of assuming do the currency exchange and realize AED is worth a quarter of USD so her 100kAED in rent equals 27kusd per year because they pay yearly and not monthly but in terms of a monthly rate that equals 2200Usd a month
