All of you - Thanks so much for inspiring me. Age 59, not run properly since I was very early 20s. This morning got home from a 10k treadmill session (Helping a friend with their C25K) while running in my Kipruns (Yes, your video did that) , then out for a X Country run with my Weimaraner while wearing the new Salomon trail shows....!! You've changed my life and I love it.

About Strava titles, I really dig those runs that are excruciatingly long, incredibly fast, in infuriatingly awesome locations and... nonchalantly named "Afternoon run". That just tops off an impressive effort with that air of casual indifference that has to make you smile. I love seeing these.

Ran my first Marathon last Sunday at age 35 and used your training plan for the 2 1/2 months of training i had when i decided to give it a shot while just started back into running with 7 to 8 min/km. I finished in 3:58h. Thanks to all of you for the insights and the tips and the motivation. Your were a big part in it :) To the question about the predicted time. I wear my Garmin also 24/7 and it still predicts me at 4:03. Don't let it fool you :D

I know I'm commenting a lot. I ran the Chicago Marathon in 2007 and I saw someone running as a big testicle. I thought I was hallucinating, but it was in fact a big hairy testicle. He (or maybe she) was running for a testicular cancer charity. I don't recommend this choice, mind you, but as the temps were in the high 80s that year, I do have respect.
