    You promote fish for omega 3. All fish contain mercury. You should have promoted chia seeds and flax grounded. You should promote salt with at least 84 minerals. Our structure consists of the same ph as ocean water. You should promote drinking close to 2 and a half liters of distilled water a day. Half a liter before a meal, then drinking another 2 liters spread out through the day after meals. I find that naturopaths teach different aspects. I like the naturopath that tells me my lower back hurts because I don't drink enough water. And then when I do drink those 2 and a half liters of water a day, my back pain stops. it's very important to explain the difference between acidic and alkaline foods. Rather than just saying don't eat meats and dairy products, say don't eat any acidic foods at all except for maybe once in a while. That means carbohydrates are turned into sugars in the body and sugar is an acidic toxic chemical. Eat nothing with sugar including the fruits with the most sugars.

    You should not be using the word SEEM. You should know. You should show that evidence in the form of the actual protein, potassium and calcium, Vitamin D, etc. as they try to enter the cell and what causes these nutrients to not be able to enter the cell. There are great diagrams at Barbara "O'Neill's youtube videos. She uses a chalk board. She is NOT guessing. Gambling is not professional sounding. You may have not been given all the training you need. I like a particular organic sour cream that is probiotic because these were put in after the pasteurization, so they are not killed. What about this because it is a dairy product. It is very important that cows eat organic and breathe super clean air. But how are you going to accomplish that in a toxic world? We are all breathing methane and aluminum and barium and strontium 90 and fracking gases and radiation gases. Go to a video where people have cameras that show these gases constantly escaping from the pipes and ground. WE are probably acidic even if we were to eat alkaline foods all the time because of all these gases. Plus you must remember thoughts and emotions. Being stressed out causes a person to vibrate acidity. Maybe the most acidic cows are stressed. I have seen a show about the slaughter of cows. They are afraid and very stressed out. Then their mean is eaten. THIS COULD BE THE ONLY CAUSE THAT MAKES COWS ACIDIC unless they are eating GMOs. Watch the video GENETIC ROULETTE. This says that the GMOs in foods are causing autism in kids. All kinds of harmful, painful symptoms are being caused by GMO crops.
