Thank you Doctor for the answer and explanation. My family is suffering from that because of that situation happening on my life partner. She is really struggling with that even though she is very spiritual. Her spirituality helps her to take that spiritual extreme during her high season.But her low season is the very difficult one that she feels every thing you said. There were a lot of moments that she were about to break the marriage as she wants to leave out me and our kids putting all the blame’s on me for what she is passing through. She is not willing to take those medicines in fear of being dependent on that and the side effects. Please let us know if there are some healthy alternatives like foods to use or any home remedies. I would also be happy if you could say more about the medications. I really appreciate your help. Thanks a lot.

Wow, this comment looks like my brother's family!! His wife is in this kind of situation with three kids. She wants to leave the marriage & my brother is taking all the blame from her & the kids at the same time!! She is not willing to take action on her doc's advice on taking the medication properly. She hates the side effects as well. Anyway, we just pray to let God alone intervene in His Almighty Power!! Amen!!

እኔ የዚህ ችግር ተጠቂ ነኝ ራሴን ካወኩ ጀምሮ አሁን እድሜየ 30 ገባሁ ግን አንድ ቀን የተሟላ ደስታ አግኝቼ አላዉቅም በህይወቴ ቋሚ ነገር የለም ፍቅር እጀምራለሁ እነሱ ካፈቀሩኝ እኔ እተዋቸዋለሁ እነሱ ካላፈቀሩኝ በእልህ እከተላለሁ ክብሬን እስከማጣ ፍቅር አይደለም ግን በቃ ከመሬት ተነስቼ አለቅሳለሁ እከፋለሁ የበታችነት ስሜት ይሰማኛል በተመሳሳይ ሁኔታ ደግሞ ትንሽ ቆይቼ ራሴን እሰቅላለሁ ብቻ ችግሬ ብዙ ነዉ still now ፍቅረኛ እንኳ የለኝም ትዳር ይቅርና አሁን አሁን ግን ተስፋ መቁረጥ ዉስጥ ነኝ

No!! Please don't lose hope! There's always a way to come out of your feelings!! Please, please seek advice from the professionals or take some medicine to ease the pain of worthlessness!!
