Safe means you will be okay with chocolate flavour because its universal flavour But i can’t say anything about your taste preferences so I can’t say which will be best for you . I suggested chocolate because u said u are confused. (Safe in terms of taste not with nutritional value,nutritional value is equal in every flavour)
