Do you have experience with consuming more than 1 scoop of whey a day , i know that getting protein from whole foods is better but getting the per day protein requirement from Indian diet can be so hard , so was wondering if i can take 2 scoops a day.

Well according to the best tasting was perhaps xlr8 but its quality is not consistent so will not recommend that.... In terms of taste it was closely followed by myfitfuel and lastly Musclenector hope this helps and thanks for the bday wishes it means a lot bro

I have got couple of xlr8 products tested and all passed like xlr8 Natur Iso Gold, XLR 8 classic and xlr8 whey concentrate I got tested twice so now I firmly believe that its quality is good and you can go for it hope this helps

may be the flavoured one is near expiry and its a stock clearance sale also the flavoured ones have other excipients like color sweetner flavor cocoa powder which are much cheaper thus it could lead to lesser price

Bhai jhaag ban ne se koi dikat nahi hai aap shaker ki jagah ek baar spoon aur glass use karke dekho aisa possible nahi hai toh aap shaker Mein shake karke rakh do for around 30 minutes
