The ASB-12M-2INJ is a special development of our ever popular ASB-12M v2 which adds an injection unit and two molding stations resulting in a machine capable of injection molding preforms that have two layers into beautiful, unique and specialized containers.
A variety of materials can be molded in each layer to provide specialized appearance or properties such as the Airless Pump bottle being molded in this video.
It retains all the capabilities and design features of the standard ASB-12M v2 so that existing single layer mold sets can be installed with minimal change parts. ASB's Zero Cooling technology, is fitted as standard so compatible molds can be run at maximum efficiency and quality.
