He also forgets that 90% of club money goes out to players wages , agents and subsidiaries. That’s money that isn’t recycled back into football like transfer fees Higher wages = more games / revenue needed. Less games = less wages PFA won’t do that so that’s why more games is needed clubs aren’t even that rich , rich because the asset but really the top clubs barely scrape even

Your forgetting most clubs your on about have none or very few international players and play in a less demanding league and don't get half as far in competitions and they don't have mad schedules like the premier league clubs do having to cater for European competitions etc..

Even supporters of the 'big clubs' must see this is clearly unfair to the rest of the teams in the pyramid. Too many games, tough, you have squad depth, maybe not take your team half way round the world in pre season, or how about playing a full strength squad in the early rounds and try and win the game rather than taking a chance with your kids or pull out of the competition altogether.
