Sir Jayvee, thankful po s video na to since ito po talaga tanong ko kung pano and you gave a wonderful idea how we can find a place to stay pag walang immediate family s are, but next question ko po is how much po transpo from airport to the place na rerentahan and is it adviseable po na mag taxi or train? we are a family of 5 and mostly toddlers pa po mga anak ko, if you have any suggestion po sana like can we buy car po ba agad upon landing as an immigrant?

Hello Rafael. Correct. The North Central and Downtown areas are the notorious ones in the city. Unfortunately, not that good in raising family. Just look for a better neighbourhood once you arrive here.

Hello, unfortunately, I don't have a service like this but you can always go to the Regina Open Society. They do have a program for the new landed immigrants.

Is there any area un Regina which is more convenient than other for living as a newcomer :) ? I'll be moving to Regina with my spouse from Mexico as a PR SINP nominee in the coming months so I'm trying my best to investigate areas to avoid or which ones are better than another. Super helpful video btw, thank you so much!!

Hello Sergio, congratulations! Just skip these neighbourhoods in Regina at most - Downtown and North Central. If money is not an issue, best and new neighbourhood are all in the ends of the city if you can find it in the Google Maps.

Hello Wei, it will be by neighbourhood. Most of the time, the nearest to your address is your kids school. You can type school in the google map. Once you go there to register, they will advice you which one you should really go to.

Hello Kwame Bawa, I have not experienced discrimination to this city since we landed and it gets more diversified even further. So don't worry about the color of any skin. You should be safe in any neighbourhood. Crime here though are due to break and enter mostly in the downtown residential areas and North Central neighbourhoods during night time.

Winter officially starts ng December up to March pero since nasa upper region ang Saskatchewan, malamig and nag ssnow na ng November until April.
