It's August and the temperature drop-down now, like this morning it's 6 degree, but daytime might around 23 degree. winter time it might go down to -30 degree

If you don’t mind to work in factory, you can get a job maybe within a month . But if you want other job , maybe take longer time . You can join OFE , the organisation is helping people to find job .
