So pleased little Poppy is well again. I know what a worry dogs can be with my two. Got to say this place looks lovely. Serene with gorgeous countryside, a pretty village pub and a river. What more could anyone ask. It's a place I definitely want to visit. I smiled when the lady asked if the campsite knew you had a car and I loved your reply.

Lovely site, worth the the struggle to get in. Sorry to hear about Poppies problems, it always fantastic to see the way they bounce back. One of my two often gets the trots when we are away, I’ve got it down to the changes in water. I live in a very soft water area a there can be significant changes wherever you go. I think it’s because they can’t tell us how they are feeling that makes us so worried for them.

Thank you both, a brilliant video as always, it brought back happy memories for both of us, 😊😊 we enjoyed boating for many years on the Ouse going through the lock at Houghton Mill and years ago I used to cycle through Houghton Mill each day from St Ives to work in Hemingford Abbots. My heart absolutely goes out to your. Ours was a little bit more serious his pancreas was packing up ended up in the vets in Dartmoor they was absolutely brilliant did everything physically could for him. Back home now after five days there. So glad to hear poppy is okay love your blogs look forward to watching them specially looking forward to next one. Hello both, I’ve just subscribed to your Chanel, really enjoying your posts. Went looking for Motorhome vlogs as we have just bought our first one after selling our boat this year. So far we have had a good couple of weekends in it which we enjoyed thoroughly, can’t believe how busy it is everywhere though. We have had a caravan before so not total newbies but have found your information most informative. Thanks for sharing I’ll be watching out for new posts 😊 glad Poppy is better.

Great video. I had thought about this site many times over the years, even back to when it was a managed site with the Motorhome and Caravan Club but was sort of put off by its location but having seen your informative video and the lovely site and surrounding area I’ll definitely make it a trip for the future.

Our dogs are family, they do worry you, so pleased Poppy is well now. In my neck if the woods when you get to Stamford!

Not sure if it was happening when you were there but there have been some night time exercises taking place from the nearby air bases, so you may just have been unlucky with when you stayed there.

Firstly, very pleased to hear that Poppy is now ok. As you rightly said they are always a big worry when they turn ill. Another great video Bob/Jenny and lovely walks too, plus the food!...Take care and stay safe...

Thanks for sharing Bob lovely site think I will book that for a long weekend next year only 30 minutes away. Just an update Skye was also ill for a day and a half from the Tuesday when I go to Wells,she didn’t eat for 36 hours.

Bob Earnshaw could be Skye was mainly being sick just throwing up. Couldn’t even hold water down without being sick again got me worried I started thinking about local vets. 36 hours later she was all good.

“I didn’t do it, the table did” that’s Jenny’s story and she’s sticking to it 😂😂😂😂😂

Thank you Bob and Jenny for another very enjoyable video. It's great to see the outside world as all our plans for caravanning this year have been scuppered because of the lockdown and family circumstances. We have a very large 'garden gnome' sat in our garden doing nothing. My wife has suggested that we spend a couple of nights in it and 'pretend that we have been away. Hopefully, next year will be better and we can continue our adventures. The Norfolk/Suffolk area is on our 'to-do list'. Stay safe and keep well- Eric

I've been watching your channel for a week or so and really enjoying it, the pitch your on Houghton Mill is the same pitch I was on in 2014 when it was run by the caravan club, it's a lovely site. Thanks for sharing your travels. I have a KZread channel but it's mainly motorcycle content even though I have and use my Motorhome to attend motorcycle rallies and events up and down the country. Can't be helped, the address is still given as Love Lane. It was a road once that went to St Ives. It's not as if you could go down there now anyway. The sat nav has the dimensions of the motorhome but not Love Lane. Also proves you still have to use common sence with any sat nav!

So pleased Poppy has improved and you can continue with your holiday. Why are all pubs called Three horshoes. What happened to the 4th one!

Yes, next to the fresh water and they have a motorhome service point. Both were opposite our pitch.

I make bread got flour from mills in yorkshire etc sent to wales husband calls me dusty miller .........

Probably not.

I think you chose the wrong time as the RAF and USAF have been on NATO exercises for the last couple of weeks in the North Sea, Germany, Denmark and Poland.
