I find it beyond hypocritical the way police throughout the country call videographers and photographers "potential terrorists" and threaten them with "section 43` yet as soon as a real terrorist incident occurs they ask tbose same photographers and videographers for any images and footage they may have. I think that next time the police put out a request for videos of an incident I will post them a freshly wiped, "bleached" and reformatted SD card and tell them it contains only "legal" video footage.

What are you gonna do? What are you gonna do"* 31:13 AY *"Two metre distance, two metre distance."* 31:15 Angry Man *"Why you doing a n__i sign? why you doing a n__i sign? why you doing a n__i sign?"* 31:25 Angry Man *"What? Sticking your arm out and doing a salute"* 31:29 Supervisor who was clearly stood there for the entire conversation, as shown by her radio in shot, walks away 31:57 Supervisor, is now back in the frame, exactly the same distance from AY and Angry Man as she was for the first conversation 32:02 AY *"What if I said to you, are you part of Al Q?"* 32:05 Supervisor *"Sorry!?!?! No no no, leave the station"* 32:08 AY *"He just called me a n__i"* and repeat 32:12 Supervisor - Leave the station, you're a racist etc 33:00 AY *"He called he a n__i"* 33:02 Supervisor *"I never heard him call you an n__i. You called him Al Q"* 33:05 AY *"Yes, coz he called he a n__i, he called he a n__i"* 33:09 Supervisor *"No he never, no he never, no he never."* 33:10 AY *"Double standards"* As usual, Non-Whites can be racist against Whites, and it isn't deemed racist... Yet as soon as a White person says something similar back, it suddenly becomes racist.

@@lporquai9048 Me if I was an auditor... Much angrier (although not as angry as UKMTT), but would walk away after telling them to f off, as everything I'm doing is allowed and legal. However if they put a hand on me, or attempted to put a hand in my face/camera, they'd be getting a much stronger hand on them back. However everyone's different. AY likes to talk a lot and is up for a fight... TGA is much more timid, likes repeating stuff we've seen with our own eyes, and until this video I pictured him looking like JT Reacts, from the top of his face, plus he's also clearly frightened easily. Both of them like standing around waiting for a confrontation, even after the initial confrontation has ended, they'll wait around to see if they'll get any more, which in TGA's case, results in the majority of his videos containing 90% of him just walking back and forth in the same spots, hoping for an interaction. The George comment was a fact, exactly like AY said. I've barely watched any X Factor, The Voice, BGT etc episodes since around 2016, as I grew bored of them, mainly because of the judges putting through rubbish, plus acts which had purposefully been scouted by the production team, some of which copying other acts on AGT which Simon had already seen, even though he claimed they were "unique." However I remember a contestant looking just like the rail worker that AY was on about, although I don't know what the contestants name was. Which is why I went searching for videos of a contestant named George singing Whitney Houston to see if it was the person me and AY were thinking about.

Go to China, Middle East, Africa as a white person and you'll experience racism towards you every day. I know, I've been around and experienced it first hand. There's people in the comments jumping down the throat of the Station Supervisor. The only fault I can find with her is that she was unable to handle multiple people at the same time. Perhaps she could have asked her staff to stand away while she dealt with the Auditors and vice versa. In the process she claims to have not heard the Nazi comment. I don't think she is lying but in the heat of the moment the situation backfired and unfortunately onto the Auditor. Massive lessons to be learned on both sides I think.

That station supervisor was disgusting. She is supposed to be impartial but when it comes to her own staff she clearly took his side and didn't care that he was being racist towards you. The police are even more disgusting and earning even more hate from the people. They do not require handcuffs in a situation like that. Get in touch with HNK Solicitors about them. The pathetic goon security were doing everything they could to escalate the situation. Were both definitely coming across very aggressive. Many people would have knocked them out and they would have deserved it. Speak to people with respect to get respect. Screw the police. Two tier system, it obviously favors the minority over the majority. Makes people hate them even more when it is seen / witnessed that they get better treatment from the establishment. I found it interesting that the guy signed a waver with regards to what you said to him. One possible reason is that you were actually on to something. Maybe he is or knows people that are connected with them.

I agree with what you've written except for one point: favour in English is spelt with a 'u', hence it's favour ‒ not 'favor' ‒ despite what your American spellchecker tells you. Please use and preserve our English language and avoid adopting unnecessary Americanisms, as they drive me completely potty. xx ❤

Feelings do not trump the people's right to record especially when they are behaving erratically and squaring up and blocking your vision, as that is an act of aggression and .very unprofessional behaviour., clearly the station manager sided with staff even though they instigated the aggression .

lets get into this :- For lawfully arrest (s.24 PACE) their is a tier system which HAS to be met (code G2.1) requires 2 elements,,, BOTH have to met 🤷‍♂️ (i) suspicion + (ii) grounds then (s.28 PACE) "necessity criteria" (code G2.4) Yet the arrestee (PC) had only (i)suspicion in place BUT:- lack of (ii) grounds (code G2.1) = BOTH elements NOT met 🤔 did that PC follow up with s.28 PACE which MUST be pronounced regarding the obvious (arrest) PACE procedure MUST be followed . On a separate note , a legal search requires 2 tier system (i) suspicion + (ii) grounds , BOTH have to be met (this is why PACE is written to be fair) when they, that hold office , must follow PACE procedure ,,🤔............ (we know not all do 🤷‍♂️) What I don't under stand ,,even on a lawful search (not arrested) ,, a person CANNOT be "detained" searched to find the (ii) grounds PACE states this in code A2.11 :- """"there is NO power to detain a person to find (ii) grounds"" back to the arrest it is stated @40:46 they had no (ii) grounds for the arrest = to 2 tier system NOT met What did the custody officer (sergeant) input into computer system is in question (code G2.2) must be told of the 2 elements 🤷‍♂️🤔 If PC had arrested (s.24) you to prevent "breach of the peace"" but the breach" has passed (if there was one) so that would not be put in the computer system Where is your document of your release of arrest, if that has not been given,, they are now down rabbit hole with no exit I did hear your rights "caution" being presented code C10.4 which provide you with privileges but did PC give verbal "caution" prior to arrest code C10.1 , which means he cant ask questions prior to arrest if code C10.1 was NOT presented any words on the BWV ect cannot be used for interview or in a court , code C10.1 is there so as to not incriminate one self A Latin question Quis custodiet Ipsos custodes = "who will guard the guards themselves" = "who polices the police " also known as "who watches the watchers " and "who will watch the watchmen" answer is that "IPhones do better job of this than the IOPC" therefore HNK 0151 203 1104 stay safe 🙏

@@scorpionaudits Hello , & thankyou ,,, I am well , enjoying my retirement for some time , it's shame in policing that PACE was written to stop the corrupt 70's style of policing but the PACE code of practice it seems they need a very , very good reasonable and excuse as to why they have departed from that guidance it ,, the problem is they have the confidence of not following that police "code of practice" (guidance) if you read PACE ,,section 67 (10)(a) you will understand why they have confidence not following a """code"" as they hold office of constable by attestation,, get rid of s.67 (10) by appeal then their actions not acting in a duty of/by attestation ,,will then be taken out of their "pensions scheme" that would then break that confidence of not following a ""code" all the best , 🙏

Pace G 2.1 states 2. Elements of Arrest under section 24 PACE 2.1 A lawful arrest requires two elements: A person’s involvement or suspected involvement or attempted involvement in the commission of a criminal offence; AND Reasonable grounds for believing that the person’s arrest is necessary. • both elements must be satisfied, and • it can never be necessary to arrest a person unless there are reasonable grounds to suspect them of committing an offence. From 31:15 to 31:20 the Network Rail worker accuses the photographer of doing 'a nazi sign', it's clear for all to see & hear. Laura, who somehow didn't hear it (even tho' standing right next to her collague) then accuses them of being racist, for bringing the issue to her attention. All these Network Rail employees, Laura included, should be had up in a court of law. This won't happen of course, because the lads would't be able to fund such a court case, whereas a wealthy company like 'Network Rail' easily could if the boot was on the other foot.

15:35 Up to that point she was doing ok, I am atheist and insulted that she quoted that asinine and irrelevant comment that has nothing, to do with human right's. 20:47 In all honest as the time stamp shows that he called you first an "????ing idiot", then the irony he gets upset being called "a muppet", thus creating the enfolding reaction's. 27:27 I already knew she was going to be a pain in the ass at my first time stamp, twelve minuet's ago. 31:15 He is a blithering pleb saying "nazi salute" and where is he going with that accusation, the stupidity of these foreign born UK resident's security employee's is perplexing and unprofessional to me. It is all well and proper for Black's to call you a nazi ( which is not a race but was the personal security guard to AH) but not all well and good for you to ask "are you part of ...."? then the shit really hits the fan. I am phukin loving this. 32:15 Al-Qaeda has nothing to do with race at all because race has nothing to do with religion only a belief regardless of race. And there is Laura getting confused over race and religion, ignored black person she is. Black's always playing the race card. We've gora luv em. If there is any body worn video by the popo of their interaction and arrest of you PLEASE get it and post it when able to do. You were simply drawing a comparison to the platform worker's highly inflammatory Nazi inference. I wouldn't allow her to slander you like this. That was a public humiliation by someone whose job is to assist in the running of the platform. She went way beyond her remit and you were the victim. Please tell me you're pursuing this with the station owners.
