Some education for the auditor. The prison officers are responsible for the security of the prison. Under the law they have powers on the entirety of the prison property. They have more powers than normal security and do not require a SIA card.

keep it professional and less of the personal remarks to staff ,otherwise a good audit.

Agents of the landowner can trespass you it doesn't have to be the actual owner.

Theres a guy whos calling these officers 'muppets' but the main thing? These 'muppets' are doing a fantastic job not just prison officers police security because most of this muppets videos are based on them why doesnt he do good vidoes like going and fliming minsters when they toss it off leading this country to recession not caring about us the middle class? Prison officers have the same powers as a PC when their on duty. I'm afraid they're allowed handcuffs, batons, CS, and can use them. They can even arrest and detain👍

What a nice postie. Interesting information about Royal Mail. Thought the guy in charge was ok. Some of the others were a bit thuggish. the officer telling you you shouldn't be in the car park at the beginning is actually a really nice guy ive been in and out of Hull I won't say his name out of respect for him I remember once a prisoner smoking heroin off a pie tin and stopped breathing had aluminium poisoning and he tried resusitating him and sat with him for 3 days in hospital unfortunately they couldn't bring him back and had to switch his machines off but honestly people say all screws are wankers and this that and the other don't get me wrong there are a few like in any walk of life or any profession but he is a really decent bloke anyway I thought the food in Hull was bad until I went to humber fuckinell it's baaaad 🤣

I worked at Winson Green as a contractor in the mid 80,s building their "new" remand center.The original building itself was victorian excess in build terms and arcitecture.The original guard tower that went with our build (Wimpey Construction) was such a waste.

You need to ask the question, if you [prison officer] found one of your inmates had shinned over the wall and was where you are standing now, would they have escaped? I.e a leading question as to inside or outside the prison. You can film outside, not inside

@@mullah4638 It's not a stupid question. Let me explain why. They are itching to arrest etc, for filming "INSIDE" the prison. That's an offence. However ask that "STUPID" question and what can they say? They would arrest any prison found where the camera man is, because its "OUTSIDE" the prison. So from their very statement that's the cameraman is outside, they screw their argument about filming inside.

That dude that you first walked up to with the tattoos on his arms they are call him Jack sparrow apparently he had something to do with pirates of the Caribbean, the silver prison guard Mr Johnson he's spot on I remember him they helped me out when I was in prison I was in there for a little while whole not very nice prison old not very nice place for a young person to be I was 24 at the time Mr Johnson must be doing well because he was just a prison guard when I knew him I always thought he had some kind of potential lovely man to be honest with you

If that is private property surely all they needed to say was "You are trespassing, I am asking you to leave, and if you refuse I will use reasonable force to remove you".

Nah they didn't they walked off and left him to it, after the first encounter he was walking off the site when they came back out but (The PO with the beard played it well) and ushered him off site without going hands on and he didn't escalate. They had the sense to leave him at the gate to carry on.
