I'm 70 and this makes me tear up. Yeah I know, Okay Boomer, but I can remember my dad calling me in to listen to Glen Miller, Artie Shaw, Louis Armstrong & Ella Fitzgerald and me thinking, Yeah Pop can I go now? I love all of that now.. From the Temptations, Al Green, The Clash, Michael Franti, Public Enemy, Mac Miller and so many more. I think I know how my pop felt hearing the stuff that was blasting out of my room back in the day. I don't understand a lot of what is popular today and understand the message even less. It's all about money, I got this and that, where's the message now?

I'm a conservative white guy but I have always loved black peoples voices and music that are in this style. Soul and stuff,

I miss this type of music so much, my only regret is that I wasn't here to see this performance live. Arrested Development = Legends.

I just watch this performance from 93 and tbh I think they sound better now their voices are almost exact here compared to then, maybe they've learned to sing better over the years or have rehearsed so much

My Mom and I were sitting around one Saturday morning just talking and Arrested Development's video came on and my Mom was like "they rocked out on this one". Speech still sounds great and their drummer is locked in (others can disagree) he is in the pocket. Some groups sounds totally different live, but AD sounds better in person. The lead guitar player and the bass player did not overpower this track and both stayed tight with the drummer. Man I miss college and next week my Mom and I will have a meal together and on the way rock out to this cut.
