I hung out with them when they came to Cleveland and they wanted to go to my neighborhood bar and we went and when they’re song came on they danced like they were in concert and after that we all went to eat at Denny’s They were very normal people… there was some division in the group… The group wanted to be free to hang out But one of them stayed at the hotel didn’t like them just coming and going as they pleased

They REALLY need to remaster and re-release the video for their masterpiece off the _Malcolm X_ Soundtrack, "Revolution"... I love "People Everyday", "Tennessee" and "Mr. Wendal", but those classics don't even reach the level of "Revolution", one of the most underrated, overlooked tracks of all time.

One of my favorite songs ever. Seriously the lyrics are absolute genius. Everyone has a story to tell, and your status as higher society doesn’t mean shit. There was a late night British TV show in the 90's that featured music videos chosen by a famous guest presenter, I remember the athlete Kriss Akabusi referring to this song as Mr. Window. He even went into detail about how clever it was. Maybe I dreamed it.

Remembering jamming to this song in the club. It has a strong message. Elderly people have knowledge & wisdom. Too bad most kids today don't have respect for the elderly nor think they should exist.

Thank you for saying that. I work with a lot of young people and you are so right. But there are some who really do and there are a couple at my job who likes sitting with us more than the ones their own age. A lot of things are catered to the young and I can understand that. But usr senior citizens really don't get much of anything. That's why a lot of us are still working 😔😔

Good to finally see this video. KZread is a blessing. I always loved the beat, bass and vocals. Early 90's. Played Arrested Development on cassette then. No internet, no cell phone, no streaming service.

39 now and remember hearing this song as a kid and always loved the beat, vocals and everything else, including the message. It'd be nice to here it more often...so glad we can access these songs now, so easily.

The synth is on point in this song. I can't think of any other mainstream tracks from the 90's that do it as well.

I could just cry, I got the chance to see them perform live in Union City, Ga in 2019. It was a free concert outside by the Planet Fitness. I remember seeing them perform on an episode of “In Living Color” back in the 90s when I was little boy,man I really miss those days❗️

Even though I'm not too much into these songs anymore, but nothing beat these songs from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Those songs had meanings to them. Even rap music had some meaning to them. No cursing, calling women bs or Hs.
