Just a safety thought for you, when you are working on or around a lifted box on the old grain trucks, just for piece of mind, slide a 4x4 or 6x6 post across the frame. I've seen worst case where a lift cylinder seal had a leak to it for months and low and behold, it finally gave out with the bed raised. Anything can happen when you least expect it. Just be safe please. The new shop you built is turning out to be just perfect for whatever you venture into 👍. Keep up the good work JT.

JT, good idea Cary Guyer had with the 4×4 or 6×6. We always stuck a post by the pivot point on the frame when working under there. Never trust hydraulics. I know of 2 farmers who got killed by the box coming down on them.

Excellent video JT :) , think weird my dad also uncle used 6 ton daul axles 1976 International stake truck gas and 1983 to 1996 used 1978 GMC High Series Serria Scottdale 3/4 ton truck with 1 ton in metal box a wood box for grain feilds to barn storage boxs on second floor for grainery on home farm to plus 2 rents ones! Then 1993 updates truck to a 1990 Chevrolet Cheyenne light duty 3/4 one and was lots work for 3 guys in day too and told my dad also uncle buy stake truck said don't need it Lol !

Great job JT. You might want to try a turbo nozzle on your pressure washer. I use one cleaning equipment and it takes the major part of the grime without using degreaser

Hey JT great job at Wally world I mean Walmart they sell a oscillating tip for your pressure washer put it in a circular pattern and it really makes a difference it will strip off anything it hits it's only 20 bucks you need to really try that out if you don't already have it big fan serenity

I learned to drive a truck in one like that. 392 and 5x4. If you could find the grill to bolt on to the front of that it would stiffen the hood and probably prevent cracks in the future. Lookin' good JT.

@@jtsbarnngrill6873 well me and my dad use oven cleaner on our 1566 international and it will cut through really tough grease unless its over half an inch thick and if you let it soak for 15 minutes it will eat paint after that so be aware of that.

That might work!

The sand hose has to be on the TOP of your washer wand....not the bottom. I know that's not how a siphon sandblaster is normally used ...but that's how you keep it from filling with water!
