I was introduced to selling at the age of 8. I was a Brownie selling Girl Scout cookies. That is when I discovered my gift of gab. We were taught as children to help others. I started to cook at five. When I was nine a 95 yrs old woman in our church needed someone to help her clean her house, my grandmother volunteered me and I would do it every week. One time I made her some cornbread, in those we cooked from scratch. She loved my bread so that chore was included with cleaning and she looked forward to eating my delicious cornbread every week.and it made me happy to see her happy . Yeah helping others is a GOOD THING.😊❤

I was the archival researcher for the Arnold Netflix series, and it was an honour to hear fans talk about how much they enjoyed the series. But Tim's questions in this interview are awesome. Hearing Arnold talk in depth about his heart surgery, his difficult childhood and life add further depth to his message of being useful. Thank you Mr Tim Ferris for allowing us to see further into the mind of Mr Schwarzenegger, a True King amongst Men. I look forward to reading his new book and reviewing it on my channel.

Once I started to watch this interview I couldn't stop until the end. Arnold is a fantastic example of a lifelong learning and permanent adjustment. He is clearly the definition of "usefulness" and a rare role model in world full of egocentric wannabes. And for sure, he would have been a great US president.

Thank you for a great Conversation. He had the amazing push early. I share that my brother is similar to his. I had extra responsibilities becuase of him. He had comfort brought front and center for him. He took easy and never took the harder route. He still struggles to this day when he had lots of time to figure it out. Thank You Arnold for pushing so hard when you made it look easy. The hard work together with working smarter paid off. Thank you for still continuing to push beyond. Help others what you dad said is an amazing message. And spiritual as the more you help the more you potential you get back. You are humble beyond belief

My highest Kudos to the three doctors after open heart surgery, for having been able to keep a straight face. The watched Arnold go from waking up happily, to realising that he has a tube stuck down his throat, and being in life danger. This must have been the performance of a lifetime, I'm thinking Douglas Quaid / Total Recall.

I love Arnold. I don't entirely agree with his father's opinion that bodybuilding doesn't help others, especially on the scale that Arnold was involved. I began lifting in 1985, a time when everyone was inspired by him. He is quite a force. California was lucky to have him as governor (especially considering who they have now). Great interview, makes me appreciate him even more.🙏
