Arnold is so correct on the association of happiness with goal oriented activities. He basically outlined the professional philosophy of Occupational Therapy, which asserts people find purpose and fulfillment through goal oriented projects. Kudos big guy!
Hands down, the greatest interview Rich has had on this show! I didn’t want that to end and I’m praying for the sequel!

I could listen to this non stop. It's a shame it was so short. I grew up with Arnold and he was/is an ICON. his stories are delivered wonderfully. Great interview, to short. Thank you.

I saw “Pumping Iron” in the late 70s as a college student and was immediately hooked on bodybuilding and Arnold’s charisma and drive. What an incredible inspiration for millions of people. Thank you for the memories Arnold!

I laughed out loud on that one. Might be one of the most subtle but funniest OJ jokes I’ve heard. And I know he said it in that way intentionally. Arnold has a great sense of humor. He was on Conan recently and their chemistry was great too.

Should've called his book "F*CK YOUR FREEDOM" as that is his legacy now.
I love the fact that Arnold finished up with a question of his own for Rich and that was a great question, and then followed up with a well deserved compliment. Class act.

Out of all the movies of Arnold's that I've seen over the years, the one I always comeback to that I absolutely have to watch.... The Last Action Hero, if it were to come on TV I'd stop what I was doing just to watch it, out of all his movies that would have to be my favorite. From the corniness and all the cameos in the movie it will just always be my favorite followed by True Lies. I would say Terminator 2 but that I feel like is too easy of a movie to pick and while it's my favorite Terminator movie out of all of them I just can't say no to those 2 movies ever.
Even Arnold has an Andre impression lol

Dang. Rich didn’t bite at all when Arnold said the studio didn’t believe OJ looked like a killing machine. A lot of the True or False stuff was in the Netflix documentary.
As a Democrat, goddammit do I wish I could vote for him for President. He'd have my vote in a heartbeat. Such an amazing human being.

Arnold is the epitome of what an immigrant should be. Not just because he’s rich and famous, but because he did it correctly.
Arnold thought he was on a podcast.. lol Rich lightly corrects him but Arnold didn’t pick up on it as he finishes with “you’re doing a good job at it”… Good interview regardless. Loved the André story!
Real men live by a code. A set of rules based on core beliefs that guide every decision we make. I expect Arnold's book to be a master class in this subject. He set the bar for men's physique and now he's doing the same thing with men's minds. He's come around full circle with the "mind/body" connection. First giving us strength, then wisdom, truly amazing.
