I met Arnold in 1991 in Tokyo when he was there promoting Terminator 2. He stayed at the hotel I was working for, and I walked him to his suite. To me he still looks the same, but I also realize that was thirty-two years ago. It’s hard to believe where the years have gone. I agree with him on this aging thing. It’s hard to see yourself changing, but it’s just part of life. I love how down to earth he is in this interview.

At 76, you’re not going to look the same as you were at 26. Compared to other 76 year olds, Arnold still looks great. You have to stay in your category. If Arnold were to compete with other 76 year olds, he’d still be at the top. Forget about competing with 26 year olds. Those days are over.

He had trouble looking at himself, even when he was winning Mr Olympia and many people regarded him as having the perfect male physique. Body dysmorphia can effect anyone and happens to body builders even more so. I'm not sure if they become body builders because they're dysmorphic or the body building causes them to obsess about every teeny little imperfection.
