It causes from salt/potassium imbalance. It has nothing to do with protein or red meat consumption. Your body is either lack of green veggies or lack of salt or both. Always eat beef or proteins with lots of veggies and salt(most good protein powder will have potassium and salt). Also heart attack is occur where there's not enough animal fat to protect nerve inside the heart. If people were to cut out vegetable oil and use butter or lard heart attack would never happen.

Don't do it, it's got to be a joke. Even from a legal, not a health standpoint in the real world you forfeit all your workplace & driver insurances if you get into a workplace accident or a car accident & even if it's not your fault you won't be compensated for it because your bloodwork will come back with alcohol in your system. Read it in the small print of your insurance policies.

Lifestyle obviously matters here, but just imagine what science doesn't know yet, so keep something in mind about these different recommendations for better health, one might also take with a grain of salt. Some have done almost the opposite and become over 100 years old. Could they have been about 20 years older if they had followed all the health advice? Who knows, but variety isn't usually a bad thing.
