Great video was looking for a follow-up on this from you didn't see one. Does this one out perform the edt. Does this project longer..I love that smokey scent is it still heavy with edp .Have you experienced the limited edition parfum ..is edp not so different and best bang for buck..it's insane my compliments on the edt..I went through 2 bottles and got my dad hooked.

Another nice review Hunter, really liking your reactions. They are a good balance between reacting and describing/reviewing (not just saying wow smells so good but also not just being dry and listing notes like a robot reading fragrantica). I got this about two weeks ago and I was so happy when I smelled that potent smokey birch and relatively smooth opening. Armaf is back imo, they knocked it out of the park with this EDP, Milestone and Sillage, back to back W's.

@@FragranceHunter You should try the CDNIM Limited Edition Parfum they said it’s much smoother than the EDP

Literally just sprayed some on my hand. It has an overwhelming fruity smell in the opening. After 15 minutes I started smelling the Aventus smell. Then after 30 minutes the projection was way more noticeable and the smell was incredible. Lasts hours!

Sure is a lot of juice happy I got a travel atomizer with it so I usually fill that up and carry it with me!

I got the EDT but I definitely want the EDP more cause of the toned down on the lemon but it's sweeter, I'd be using the EDP until I get a chance to get Aventus.

I did try the new Black Orchid Parfum in stores and was shocked on how good it was might have to pick a bottle up!

I've just discovered this video... I've just finished my original CDNIM from 2015 and have now opened both my limited edition version (edp) as well of my edt backup bottle from 2018 (black sprayer). I have to say that I am not as impressed with both them as I do not get the same performance as I did with my original... That could be due to nose blindness, but I doubt it. The strong smokiness seems to be gone from both as well as the longevity... I used to still get good wafts from my original even 10hrs later but these newer ones seem to be gone in no time... I used to be a bit skeptical when I previously saw vids talking about reformulation but now I believe that there is something to it. CDNIM was definitely one of my fave frags in my collection previously I'm not sure about that now. I am, however, thinking of getting the edp version or the Parfum version but just saw a video stating that on the Parfum version there is no smokiness at all. That was disappointing to hear that so looks like I will be going for the edp. What do you think of the different versions?

Regular EDP is fruitier. Pure parfum is more balanced. But if you crave smokiness, EDT all the way. The lacking of performance you experienced could be a lacking of maceration. When you unbox it. Pump it untill it sprays, and let it sit for a week or month. Feel the difference

Club de Nuit EDP 6.8 is a lot better than the EDT I love it a four-season cologne all day long.

The longevity is really good but projection is slightly less than the EDT!

They fixed it! The Limited Edition CDNIM now says Parfum on the bottle, not just the box. 😀. I got mine today.

Bought last month and my parfume batch 08/2020. The opening like petrol and when u spray its like u spray lemon to your body. However this perfume can smell around 10 hours at your body or shirt

45 bucks for 200ML is crazy. That’s unheard of. I’m going to buy CDNIM here soon but before I purchase out of the 4 versions which one would you recommend? Let me tell you that I like more fresh/fruity/citrusy fragrances and less smoky/musky/harsh fragrances. I heard the edp is more smoother too and more refined and rounded than the edt. So out of the 4 which one you recommending brotha?

Have you tried Emporer by Parfums Vintage? If you have, how does the CDNIM EDP compare to that one?

@@osamabinladen824 . Yes I've tried roughly 20 clones of Creed Aventus, the best one I've tried by a long shot is a fragrance called Emperor (EDP or Extrait version) by Parfums Vintage. It is made out of high levels of natural ingredients just like Aventus. It's not cheap, but worth every penny. www.parfumsvintage.com/product-page/emperor-in-stock

@@osamabinladen824 I absolutely love it! I like it more than the EDT. Its smoother in the opening, though I personally like the "roughness" in the opening of the EDT. It performs INSANELY well, like 18+ hours off my skin, and several days on clothing, even after a wash. Its an absolute room filler projection wise. It's one of my favorite fragrances in my collection. I have over 100 bottles if that says anything lol I don't really care about compliments normally, but the limited edition is one of my most complimented fragrances. Needless to say, I couldn't recommend it more than I do now, especially for the price/quality/performance/bottle size ratio. It's almost hard to beat!!

It does not have the chemically smell the original has. The original projects slightly more but the longevity is better with the EDP and is much smoother and better blended together! If you like the smokiness of the original the EDP is little less smoky.

Apply lotion first so your skin doesn’t suck up the fragrance for moisture. Also apply multiple sprays to one area instead of one spray plus always spray the back of your neck! Gonna do a spray routine with tips video soon!

Honestly, I really don't get the hype about this fragrance, I just smell patchouli overhelmingly. And the dry down also does not smell different than the opening.
