    Coach do you have any experience of ulnaris pain? It hurts a lot pressing I've stopped training hard for 2 months now still same

    I never competed in armwrestling but I trained forearms for 2 years that my forearms and wrists are stronger and denser. Keep up the quality content man.

    Yo Coach Im just getting into armwrestling and absolutely love it! Im wondering is it ok to train the same muscle groups everyday for armwrestling? Or would every other day be more optimal?

    Great point Coach Ray-you don't always need the high dollar equipment-look at Devon Larratt's gym he has everyday items like towels and belts!There are many household items at all our disposal you can improvise tons of strengthening exercises!I've used buckets full of sand or water-water bottles-ropes-straps-elastic bands etc...

    Whats up Ray, does that cupping help a lot with recovery? More so than using a percussion gun, active release technique, or a lacrosse ball?

    What about isolation exercises for pronation, supination and rising? I've been doing pronation curls with a towel in my hand and a bunch of weights hanging from it, but i don't really feel my pronators working that much.

    Hey coach rayx, I have a question . To safely do armwrestling the shoulder should protracted and depressed ? And so the shoulder should be conditioned in this way during training ? I hope you will se this question, I also think would be a good contenent to talk about the mechanical of the body during a competition and how to properly condition the body .     did u notice any benefits from the cupping? i heard it is not required to make it elsewhere other than on the back, i always have pain exactly where u made it from the workout

    Yeah most of the armwrestlers do have pain, that s why i don t do reps i just load the most weight i can handle and do holds...

    First exercise. If you do it on just a slight decline bench, you will have better tension all the way, all the way up.

    @@EmilBBechGrip just pain, i couldnt rotate my wrists at all. had to use both hands to unlock my door lol... i just iced few times a day, and switched all free weights for machines in gym (bodybuilding movements not aw), table time didnt make it worse but i stopped that too for a few weeks
