This officer is Not A Young officer, and the suspect appear to be Young, no back Up, dark dangerous roads, the guy flees and the officer caught Him. That's What You call a BadAss Officer, My New Hero

Did anyone else see the the "FINAL DESTINATION" moment at 23:25 - 23:30 !!! Gave me CHILLS and my stomach sank like it does on those big roller coaster drops! It is still insane when I think about how everything comes together perfectly, even the timing! I am so grateful to all of the good hearted, reasonable, and honest police officers out there taking huge risks to rescue and protect this great nation!

me too. I should be decluttering to sell my condo. But a friend went dumpster diving and brought me a huge smart TV with Roku and a sound bar. I'm have hardly accomplished anything. I am 72 year old, former female, county officer, so I love these videos. I still miss being a LEO!

Sure glad ol' Mikey Methhead didn't have a firearm when he encountered the police this time. The way he led that deputy way out into the sticks had LODD written all over it, especially after the tag came back to someone considered armed and dangerous and with a felon in possession case pending. Were it me hearing that suspect description, my patrol rifle would've immediately been in my lap and ready to go loud, and it wouldn't be my Taser I was reaching for when the suspect bailed out of his vehicle. Kudos to Lt. Rucker for staying with the pursuit but I'm not sure it showed wise discretion chasing that sort of offender towards the woods, even knowing his backup was at least another ten minutes away. This incident easily could've had a tragic ending; thank God it didn't.

30 minute's without back up is the scariest thing going though that sheriff's head he could've crashed or got shot at anytime.

I know that area well. The Deputy was being led away from all backup. Paron is the far Northwestern end of Saline County, and it’s nestled in National Forest land. Out there, backup either comes from Little Rock or Benton and either way it’s at least 30 minutes.

I can't imagine what's going through his mind in NY backup was between 2-5 minutes away and that felt like an eternity, when an officer needs assistance call goes over the air you get a level one mobilization which means an entire division responds which is made up of 3 precincts so they come from everywhere and those sirens sound like angels singing when you're in a bad situation

My dad worked for saline county years back, they were so short handed at one point they had 4 deputy’s to work the whole county, backup was a long way away

In the beginning I liked the music but not the song it’s self……..now I watched so much the song is I. My head!😉👍🏼🎵🎶🎶🎵 I appreciate you put the map up with the areas of responsibility!The miles these officer crank up is equal to a trip across country! The roads are curved and dangerous! So dangerous at high speed! There like the Ozark’s, tight hairpin curves and turns. TRP’s demonstrate there great patients and knowledge how to take these roads!😊

Correct title "Saline County SO in Pursuit...troopers too far out but tried their best!". Not knocking the troopers as they had a heck of a lot of distance to close. That Ram SSV kept maxing out on the highway and a little unstable in some of those curves. Not the ideal pursuit vehicle at all. Thank goodness the civilian Tahoe suspension had similar issues and speed limitations.

If I was in the ASP Human Resources Dept, I would extend an offer to Cpl. Bittle! Great driving and even better apprehension of the suspect! Nice job Brent! Your brothers-in-arms did their best to get you some backup. Sad there was not another Saline officer there to have your six. To NST, nice job putting all of the cameras together! YEAH, buddy. Hwy. 298. Narrows Road. I like driving them during the day slowly. Not emergency mode at night with god knows what wanting to run out in front of ya.

You do excellent work. I really enjoy these and the information you provide feeds my need for more data! I used to be a civilian employee for one of the largest counties in the country. Lots of lonely desert with nothing upon nothing for miles and miles. I always worried about my deputies being out in the back of beyond alone. I think I would have been on the edge of my seat as a dispatcher for a call like this. So glad everyone came out of this safe and sound!

My youngest son listened to your opening music, so it reminds me of him when you play it😊

That Trooper on hwy 298 was giving me motion sickness and I wasn't even in the car.

Why do people have to be so stupid? Not only the charges they’re facing but look at the people and their life he put in Jeopardy! Smh.. I mean the deer that are roaming right now as it’s starting to get cooler on that side road they were on that could of been tragic as fast as they were going. I just don’t see how they can just run the way they do cause you’re finally gonna have to pay the consequences of your actions. They’re not gonna go away till you’re caught. I wouldn’t be able to drive like that anyway. I get nervous when one’s just behind me. Lol

You eventually tune it out, but whoever installed the dashcam on that S.O. truck has some conflicting wires with that buzzing sound. Interesting. All that aside though, LT Rucker ran em down and got em good. Glad no one was hurt. Also gotta love the VFD helping out the blue line! Lol!

While I respect the officer's tenacity, I too was waiting for a critter to get involved. I'm in deer and moose county. No one wins when a moose decides to amble across the road or highway . Every year there are fatalities. One time I asked a cop about the risk of a moose on the highway. He said he has seen his share of drivers' heads buried in the guts of a moose. "Here lies John, a fast driver who was impaled on Bullwinkle J's smelly hoof. He loved observing wildlife so at least he died doing what he loved most."
