It's so weird. Couldn't give a damn about the history of Western food but here I am glued to my screen watching documentaries about the history of all sorts of Asian food.

Very informative actually, but unfortunately, the cameraman was too busy shooting on the people who ate, instead focusing on the foods itself. Wish that it close up a bit longer on the jjamppong inside the eaten bowl, when the guy explained how it taste.

I always thought this food we call "champong" was Nagasaki's original. I knew it had the roots from China but we make it with lots of seafood, pork, veggies, and pork/chicken based soup, not spicy.
