2 things. 1. You don't see too many people playing guitar different anymore. Creating new ways of playing, pulling new sounds out of thin air, being innovative like this. I didn't realize there was much more you could come up with on the electric guitar. This cat is blazing his own trail. I haven't witnessed this kind of creativity and playing outside the lines in decades. 2. His tone is the best I've ever heard.

I've been playing music for over 30 years. How the hell have I never heard of Ariel until now?? This guy is absolutely fantastic. Great voice, even better guitar player. Christmas came early for me this year. At least I'll have 2020 to thank for this discovery........

He is a musicians musician. This is the most beautiful music I’ve heard in so many years. He has the soul of Ray Lemontagne and the creative genius of Pink Floyd. I could listen forever.

Just to clarify: This song was written by John Martyn way before slow dancing came out. So Ariel did not rip off Mayer. When you’ve listened to this song a couple times they kinda sound really different in my opinion.

This is my first time witnessing such artistry. I have been playing music for as long as I can remember and I can not tell you when I have been hit harder by a particular style and artist. What an amazing talent. Truly struck me in a way that has not explainable. I saw the clip from the club owner and this is the second video/exposure I have seen. Truly the bass player and drummer feel the music as well as the composition. Longest comment I have ever made also. New fan made. Thank you for that feeling. It has been a while...

Dude, I couldn't agree more with you man. I've been playing for most of my life and nothings hit me like this since I first got truly exposed to John Mayer.

When you’re that insanely good, I wonder how do you manage to ever let go of the guitar. I’d forget even to eat and just play forever.

By the end of this song I am wore out from just the greatness of this performance. From Ariel but also the band, it’s just amazing. But the crowd responds like they’re at a spelling bee. I’d be bum rushing the stage like a screaming girl at a Beatles concert at Shea stadium. 😂 I’ve seen and heard just about everyone over the years, (I’m old lol) and this kid is definitely in my top list of favorites. It’s like John Mayer and Sonny Landereth had a baby with Jeff Beck raising it. Bravfrigginoooo 👏🏻
