Aah, I listened to Mile End II first. Damn, there's so much extraordinary music of yours, I can see I'm gonna have to give up work to afford time to listen to it all. Your sound is so beautifully dynamic, helped of course by your extraordinary playing and musicality. Wish I was more erudite in explaining. Guess we all know that feeling inside that makes us laugh and cry when music rings within us. Awesome Ariel, thank you so much for your hugely generous sharing.

Killer! I found this through Ariel’s video with Paul Davids, where he played an even better version of After the Rain, if that is even possible. I love the format of this album: a straight up, single track, single take album. So refreshing in the age of quantized and auto tuned music. Bravo!

I've been listening to this album every morning with my coffee and night since it came out. It became my daily routine. It wakes me up slowly but quite confidently and allows me to start the day in a good mood or sleep peacefully. I listened you live before and i hope you'll also play this album live one day. Thanks Ariel !

I really hope Ariel does another record like this ! It’s only been out for like a month but I must have played it back to back a dozen + times already. It’s made me reach for my guitar every time I listen to it

From one guitar player to another you are amazing and the feeling of your music is so moving and I could go on &on but that's what music is suppose to do and you do it so well peace ✌️ sir

Hands down, the best instrumental recording of 2021. Amazing.

Puttering around in my workshop after supper on Boxing Day evening, while listening to Ariel's sweet and cinematic compositions. What a lovely way to spend a quiet, restful and thankful evening?

When a musician gets this good and feel, heat, Soul, technique and composition come together I get transported to a better place. A feeling something you can't put into words, like a great film score. Best of all it's just one guy, weaving the magic.

I still come back to this recording and am blown away every single time. So much art and soul.

Surprised this video is under 10k views, this is so well recorded, great video quality and sound quality, amazing playing. Can only hope that Ariel releases another album like this!!!!

Just wow. I knew you were amazing from the TPS episode I saw, but let me add: 1. The riding-the-gentlest-bronco fuzzy stuff on the metalcaster is so very tasty. 2. The reverb you have built to support these solo instrumentals is absolutely working. 3. The choice of that old Kay to voice some numbers that want a different, vintage, acoustic-ish feel is brilliant. The overall mood you have delivered on top of brilliant writing and playing... Just wow.

I've been listening to this since its release and it always blows my mind on so many levels... The control Ariel has on the guitar is unbelievable. I just started learning Four Corners from the video and only when I've tried to reproduce what he's playing, I truly understand what a monster he is on the guitar :D And damn he has big hands! I really hope you make another album like this, Ariel, this is one of my favorites of all time.
