Around 24:00 on Letter 6: "Very mystical, and very convoluted grammatically--those things go together" 😂

This is my second listening. I had been thinking along these lines myself. Thanks!!!!!! It's very helpful. It seems the Letters are Plato's Odyssey, the dialogues his Iliad, and they certainly illuminate one another. And, they seem by Plato especially considering the actions he relates and his account of them, which contradict the things he says about friendship etc. therein. Riddles wrapped in enigmas. As to "the cause of all evils", the seventh letter 342d-e seems to shed light: nature is begetting carelessly/ meanly (pephukuia phaulws) but there's a shift immediately next. The ruminatings up and down give birth in pain to 'knowledge' of the well begetting to the well begetting (eu pephukotos). It's perhaps this begetting that is the cause of all evils, of which one must be delivered. He may then not be referring to everyone but only those who beget (perhaps the king) the good and beautiful but also the kaka at the same time. Plato's philosophy claims to deliver us so that we may happen upon the unconcealed / unforgotten.

I believe the opening lines of Timaeus make a point of uncovering the source of evil; it is hidden without inside information. How many go over these lines w/o understanding what is underneath! Remember in the Bible it is said that Lucifer took 1/3 of the "angels of heaven" with him. The Ra Material says that approximately 35% of the planets that "exist" in our cosmos "do not fit the percentages" of what is known to us as being a planet. And they (Ra) make the point that "the data must be withheld". ACIM says that a second Will, more powerful than the One Infinite Creator's, was imposed. This, my friend, is not only the cause of evil, suffering & guilt, but, Free Will; the FREEDOM to choose either the Good or the bad. And a scene in Star Wars makes a point, seemingly very small, where Yoda asks where a planet -- that used to exist -- has gone to? For "still gravity's silhouette remains". Reread the opening of the Timaeus, and this concealed meaning may become apparent.
